Privacy

This page explains what Legacy Guide stores, who can see it, and how operational records are used.

Version 2026-09-02. Last updated September 2, 2026.

Information You Add

Legacy Guide stores the documents, typed details, contacts, account information, and sharing choices you choose to save. The app uses that information to show your guide, summary, search results, and sharing views.

Who Can See Your Guide

Your guide is private by default. Other people can see guide information only when you or another authorized owner gives them access, or when a platform administrator needs limited operational access to run and protect the service.

Operational Records

Legacy Guide keeps security and audit records for sign-ins, sharing changes, document actions, reset actions, and important administrative events. Audit details avoid document filenames and raw email addresses where the app can safely store a privacy-preserving form instead.

Retention

The current product keeps required account, audit, and storage records according to the documented deployment and retention settings. A full account-erasure and document-purge workflow still requires an approved retention policy.

Support

If something looks wrong, contact Legacy Guide support. Include the page you were on and any reference code shown by the app, but do not send private documents by email unless support specifically gives you a secure method.
