Terms

These terms explain what Legacy Guide is, what it is not, and what you agree to when you use it.

Version 2026-09-02. Last updated September 2, 2026.

What Legacy Guide Does

Legacy Guide helps you gather, organize, and share information your family or trusted people may need. It is a recordkeeping and collaboration tool, not a substitute for signed legal documents or professional advice.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding what information to add, checking that it is accurate, and choosing who can see it. Sharing access means the person can see the selected information now unless the page says otherwise.

No Professional Advice

Legacy Guide provides document organization, information management, workflow, and secure collaboration tools. Legacy Guide does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not recommend securities, investment strategies, or financial professionals.

Accounts And Access

You must use your own account and keep your sign-in private. If you share access with someone else, you are responsible for confirming that person should receive that access.

Changes

When these terms change in a material way, Legacy Guide can ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
